Brummietiger I did hear that they said it was done in training, however Richardson did receive extensive treatment to the Rib area in the last few minutes of the game against Saints after another late challenge. I'm just suggesting that he may well have had sore ribs after the game which could have been aggravated in training. Sprung ribs can be extremely painfull. If i am right in thinking, didn't Saints put Richardson out of the game for a period of time a couple of seasons ago after they targeted him of the ball without being penalised.

Hirsty pirate not 100% sure to be honest. I’m going to watch the full game back, as it would appear the ref’s mic feed is loud and clear on the recording. Will be interesting to watch the action and compare it to the live chat between him and his linesmen.
