The money, combined with perennial under achievement and expectations! New regime new start I suppose.

Biggest impact to Salford as others have said.

Whilst there is no doubting Sneyd’s class, I believe he’s aluxury we neither desperately need, nor can afford.

Our priority remains a top class prop that lieterally does not take a backwards step.

As for Abdul, never in a million years should we even consider him.

stuey Can’t say this hasn’t been coming they’d have a couple of players who’d improve our squad, but not really props, you’d only think Singleton and Bullock, both 32 so not really in their prime, some of their stats leave something to be desired unless our coaches could eke a bit extra out of them, they’d certainly add depth to the squad but not necessarily quality. Given the scarcity of domestic props if they were up to the mark they’d be snapped up.

If I’ve said it once I’ll say it for the 200th time. Clubs who own their own grounds should be given an extra 5 points on the grading system

Salford have a number of players that would help us. Watkins, Mcdonald, Cross….

                But not singleton, god no.

Linked with Jack Ormondroyd by rugby league live. Big lad and decent prop forward. Didn’t realise he was 33 but at this stage he wouldn’t be a bad pick up.

I would make a bid on all the squad then pull out of the deals leaving them in limbo.

I havent forgiven Salford for Chase and Hauraki (spelling?)

And i remember the taunting and laughing from their fans

pirate remember it well and koukask parading them about. Taking their players still hurt them more than letting them keep them imo.

Ah Mr Koukash, lauded as Salfords saviour, good while it lasted, now the citizens of Salford are left picking up the pieces……they couldn’t continue spending as they did with their sugar daddy yet amazingly they tried to….totally incompetent.

Hepworth the sad thing is he wrote off a lot of debt for them but they’ve still been spending. It had to end.

The start of the end for them was when they became owned by the fans, it only works if they are rich. Average Joe can only give so much and once it’s gone there’s nothing more. That’s where they are now, which only leaves begging others to give them help. Like the council who have their own problems.

We have teams like saints and Wigan posting massive losses but yet they are the most successful. What chance is there for the rest of us. We should be happy that we’ve stayed in the league, been breaking roughly even and trouble the scorers every now and then. We want more and I think Mr Jepson and his other investers will get to us to where kr are now.

RaoulDuke Slaford fans would disagree with you, they seem to hate Koucash now

taken from RL banter on facebook

"You obviously know nothing to how he left the club and 70% more debt than the club was in before he took over.
                                  Unpaid bills.
                                  Corners cut.
Had us points deducted for trying to be clever.
The list is endless but if you knew the ins and outs you wouldn’t be saying that."

All clubs are looking for a knight in shining armour to spend but in reality it’s rugby league not football.

We might have got lucky with Mr Jepson, a local lad looking to keep his heritage going. To find like souls might not be too easy but he’s trying. There are people out there who really want to help Cas but there’s also tyre kickers and people looking to make a quick buck. Finding his way through that is no easy feat, who do you trust to advise you?

We fell for Faisal, the fake sheikh, that set the club back a bit and then really nothing.

I’d hoped for Robert Elstone to get involved and he looked interested last year but seems to have disappeared. He was a man who had seen it before, had success at Everton fc, then tennis not so much trying to get rl a better sky deal apparently though I don’t believe anyone could have. Maybe he could be one of the investors. Between him and Mr Jepson they must know people with serious cash and ability to take us j to where kr are now.

Mr Jepson has done everything right so far and I hope for him to bring us good news at the end of the month with a full takeover and further investors.
