There’s always rumours around cas.
Maybe if the club was more open and honest with the fans there wouldn’t be.

Most businesses do not tell customers what is going on behind the scenes, why should Cas be any different?
On a need to know basis, we get to know when we need to know
Its frustrating i know but thats just how it is.

Maybe to stop all the silly rumours that fly about.
Look at last week, rumour we have a new director, cas then came out and said there’ll be more news next week, which is this week that just gone.
That curbs straight away stupid rumours.
And cas get more respect for it.

I agree with you, however the club were criticised on several Cas groups (including the supporters club group) on Facebook for that statement, most complainants said what is the point of an announcement that announces nothing.
It seems they just cant win with loads of our “fans”
Changing the Subject , the club released a picture of the squad and personally i think its the best we have had since 2018, lets hope they gell immediately

The squad is younger, healthier and hungry. The overseas players on paper are weaker and relatively unheard of but could be gold.
Watts, westy and macca may be getting older but Hall and Horne very capable.

I’m optimistic about the new squad and continue to hope they can deliver goods that won’t be taken away by IMG.
However, assuming that squad pic is taken from the Club’s official site, for the love of God, couldn’t we get all the pic of the players in the new kit? Far too many in their previous club’s kit. Four foot snakes, borrow one from club shop, can’t be that hard?

FlatCapper the club will be waiting for the shirt numbers to be alocated to each player, but i agree with you, it does look a tad untidy, but my main girpe is there is still the old squad for all to see with all the players that have left long ago, why cant some one at the club take it down?

That picture was put up at the end of the signing announcement weeks ago. Some of the players by that point hadn’t even arrived in the country let alone been in cas to get a shirt to take a picture in. I take the fact that some of them stick out because of it but short of knocking up some photoshopped pictures which look fake anyway I’m not sure what else can be done. I’m sure there’ll be an official team photo soon enough.

I couldnt care less what they are weraring in a photograph, they are tigers and will grace the Black and amber when it matters.

Saw that and wondered the same about new owner.
My thoughts were that Mr Jepson had bought shares in the club but it’s now shown as a lender. I was hoping he’d paid up some of the fulton debt and got shares in exchange.
Ultimately it’s a cut and paste from companies house without context.

yorky Nope. He now though has a charge on the ground for money he has lent us. The Fultons have also registered a new charge on the same day.
