The club stated that he has an elderly relative that he wants to see before she leaves us, and that he intends to help his mum with her business. There was a suggestion he could possibly return to the UK, so the club are getting appropriate documents in place - I assume to retain his services should that occur, which may also explain the delay in reporting.
