Not sure what to say FC.
I’ve seen the video, he’s a silly boy, but when the drink kicks in, there you have it.
He now as the consequence to face.
His wife and kids.
His job/team mates.
The fans…….he’s gonna get some right stick off opposition fans.
Not sure he’ll now play in the first game of the season.
Radford may leave him out to protect him more than punish him, we’ll have to wait and see on that one.
Also whoever up loaded the video, hope he knows it’s an offence to put that kind of activity on social media platforms.
Not sure how the law works, but couldn’t westerman, have him arrest for exploitation without consent.
anyhow, what’s done is done.
Just trying now to get the whole vision out of my head.
I saw this the first time yesterday and found it funny…..But then reality kicked in, these two people have probably ruined at least ten other peoples lives, F ing idiots. I’m pretty sure yesterday that the police are involved as this comes under the umbrella of revenge crimes, I think we maybe need to be careful what we post in that respect.
You'd have thought after all of these years that alcohol + Westerman isn't a good combination. While it's not great and as you say other players have done worse I don't believe it should prevent him from playing.
Thought all of that stuff was behind him, wouldn't be an off season without Cas being in the news about something though.
There’s been lots of fun and games over the years, I’ve worked at Rowntrees/Nestle for a long long time, there were tale after tale most Tuesday’s after the Monday Club met, players from all over used to come for an afternoon out 🤣

Ahhhh mondays in the Jockey, attended a few of them before my pit rest days ran out.
What happened in the jockey, stayed in the Jockey, including the naked pool matches
pirate Fire extinguishers set off, overseas scrum half getting lamped, Wigan v Cas players fighting, if you were there I bet we know a few of the same people.🤣
I am forever grateful I was a teenager, played sport and got through my early twenties (to say the least) before camera phones!
Not all for scurrilous reasons, but I can tell my kids how brilliant I was at sport, without there being any contradictory evidence!
Got leathered out round town and kopped off with a bird down an alley and some moron as filmed him, that's all this is, doesn't need a lot of outrage
If the club had put the players on a booze ban and he's broken that then that's a club disciplinary issue that's it
He'll get a lot of stick from the stands but he'll just have to take it
I'm not sure the cinemaphotographer should be the focus of anyone's anger. They merely filmed an activity in a public space. there may be questions over posting on social media sites but I'm not expert.
The fault lies squarely wit the stars of the film, both of whom chose to do what they did. they must now live with the consequences, as we all do for our failings. There but for the grace of God...
The main focus for us fans is whether Westy plays on Sunday and for me, it should be a no. Not to punish him but to help him adjust to the way ahead. He's going to cop stick at every game but during this initial period of change, I would protect him from the fans of the Club he used to play for.

Posting that revenge porn sort of stuff is illegal, I agree with your points on westy but the weirdo walking around with his cameraphone needs sorting out before his peeping tom tendancies develop into something more sinister.
Whatever his motives for posting were he didnt care about the wife and kids or even Joes parents feelings.
In short he needs a kicking, just my opinion
There are no winners in this situation
I'm no fan of the cameraman but I will reiterate, the two participants are responsible for the repercussions. Anyone could've seen them and verbally passed word to family and/or friends.
She’s married with 2 kids, so I’ve heard.
Idiots.

Completely agree with all of that, the whole tawdry act was carried out in a public place. Had they been filmed in private and the cameraman had then shared the video it could have been construed as "revenge porn" but that's not the case here.
pirate Technically, this isn’t ‘revenge porn’, as the filming occurred in public where there is not a reasonable expectation of privacy. There’s basically nothing ‘off limits’ when it comes to filming in public.
Sharing the footage online could be an offence under the Malicious Communications Act if it is deemed to be ‘indecent’ AND the purpose is to cause ‘distress or anxiety’. The second part of that is pretty hard to prove.
I believe the lad that videoed it weren’t the one to put it on line.
I’m hearing he sent it to his mate, he was the one who posted it.
probably crapping himself and trying to shift the blame. who the hell goes round dogging to film stuff like that.
i stand by my statement the pervert who filmed it needs seeing to before he develops more unsavoury tastes
