Once we peaked and we know that our peak isn't winning title after title and cup after cup. It's occasionally winning one maybe 2 in a row. Because we don't have the fan base to keep refreshing the squad or the juniors coming through to make it affordable within a salary capped sport.
A 3 year plan is achievable if many things are already in place. But Mr Jepson has had to bring in nearly everyone new and without a knowledge of the game, which he's had to bring in. I'm sure he'll readily accept he's put a time limit on something he didn't know enough about.
