This game really was a missed opportunity as saints were almost as bad as Cas, but not quite. I know there are conspiracy theories on why Cas aren't consistent, and in particular the lack of support for Radders, but would those same fans cast the same doubts about a Saints side who couldn't hold the ball, missed tackles and seemed relieved to get the two.
Wattsy really needs to think long and hard about his lazy approach to pulling out of tackles. Players can no longer maintain their direction and simply 'collide' with a player who has just passed or kicked the ball. He has to start making an effort to avoid the collision.
The penalty try was a 50/50 call as there will always be contact, pushing and pulling when two players are competing for the ball.
