A few things stood out in that summary. Jepson mentions;
We need to do our background research better when signing overseas players, as we've perhaps been burned a little bit recently. We expect players to be coachable no matter who signs them or coaches them, they're all professional players at the end of day.
[MJ on Sloan] Confirmed that if he wants to go and get another contract, he will have to speak to us first. MJ confirmed he has seen nothing to suggest that Sloan won't come over this off season.
On the Sloan side of things he also says how close Sloan and Carr were and shows that there's clearly some hesitation on him coming over - even though they said he has show willingness and plans to come.
I find the comment regarding the players interesting. On one hand you have a bunch of NRL players all singing Carr's praises, yet over here we have players seemingly not wanting to play for Carr (as I take it from the comments MJ has said within the summary)
We also made quite a substantial loss last year and look to lose around £1m this year. Aware that the stadium improvements and off field work will be a good chunk of that, hopefully we can improve the financials next season.
No mention who's confirmed to be leaving at the end of the season either - would have been nice to have that in place before today so the players could have had some form of send off.
