Personally I think Widdop is a shrewd move, the guy is class and DR and McCleland can only benefit from his experience and from training alongside him.
Milky however is a different kettle of fish altogether (if the rumours are true) , brilliant at times playing off the cuff but mostly invisible in the few games i have seen him, he may do better behind our pack.
Both appear to be short term fixes, time will tell
