Like I’ve explained before, not sure on here though, Salford are out with the begging bowl.
The club are owned now by supporters and last year begged them to buy shares, which they did and cleaned out their fans, then they got the council to give them money to pay bills, then they got the council to buy the ground and will let them play for peanuts there. Now they need an advancement on RFL monies to continue to pay staff including players.
They should be made to sort their own mess, sell players or whatever is needed. Or sport doesn’t have enough in reserves to do this and if they do it for one, they must do it for all.
