We were so good against a big heavy set of players. I feared we’d struggle against them but apart from a couple of runs, we were solid.
Qereqere was in a tough spot all game. No help from his centre. Players running and jumping can get higher than a standing start. But he couldn’t as we were in our line most of the time. Abdull really put us on it but the injury to Johnstone helped. I’ll be happy when we get a real right centre in. But qereqere is our best right winger and getting better each week.
The forwards were strong again. You couldn’t moan at any player.
Outstanding and 3 wins in the bounce I didn’t expect.
