RaoulDuke A 14 team League only really serves a purpose to ensure no loop fixtures but the clubs don’t want A 14 team money split. Personally I can see A 10 team League, all A rated, until there are more clubs that hit that point.
Hepworth The crux of the article was the journalists surprise that there was an invoice at all as his and most other people’s interpretation of the 12 year deal was that IMG would be paid by taking a percentage cut from any new commercial deals or increases in Television revenues. It would appear this £450,000 was “overlooked” Assuming this journalist checked his facts before going into print and this article is accurate it will be interesting to see some of the responses now the information is public.

yorky ive said all along, no one knew how much IMG were charging the RFL & its still not clear, this 450k will be just the tip of the iceburg & i wouldnt be surprised if this kind of ongoing expense will be the straw that brakes the camel back?
pirate yorky YEP Clubs will be expected to keep feeding the cash cow for their league position We will be better off out of superleague in my opinion if they do dump us. I do not want the club to start down the Widnes/Bradford road to ruin I fear for the game as a whole, but am terrified for the future of Cas DTID (cas till it dies)
stuey Almost a month now when we were told we were going to get our points back and nothing confirmed yet. I have got a feeling we are not going to get them back and we will be in the Championship in 2025 even if we win every match in 2024.
