Good afternoon, everyone!
I write as a representative of the CTFSG and thought I’d echo a recent Tweet about our group and the dialogue and communication we have with our club. This is a difficult time for us all, so we hoped we could share some positivity and maybe also offer an opportunity for some of you to have more of a say of how the club engages with fans.
We met with the club this week and feel somewhat reassured that everyone is working hard to ensure we see improvements on and off the field. We held open and honest discussions, where we were able to challenge some of the decisions that have been made, gaining a better understanding on what is currently happening behind the scenes.
As we aren’t able to share the details of the conversations, we acknowledge that this is not going to reassure the wider fan base who haven’t had the same opportunity to speak directly to the club.
With that in mind we are looking to expand the group. Whilst spaces are limited, we are in the process of planning an open evening to meet potential new members who want to know more about the group and are interested in joining us.
