Now that the off season is here I’d like to get some opinions on if there’s anything you’d like to see added or changed on the forum. Secondly I’m not sure how many people are aware but I had another website launch around the same time as this one called TeamRL the idea was to have a community where every RL fan could post alongside live match day chat and score updates etc. After putting the site live though I decided to hold off and make further changes so it would be ready for next season instead. In addition to what I’ve already got in place are there any other things you’d like to see - be it in house type news posts or making it a one stop place for everything RL? Finally thanks to everyone so far that has signed up and used the site - I want to continue improving it and going forward push it further than I could with the old site - some of that down to technical limitations and that people generally didn’t like too much change, with a new platform in place the biggest change has already happened giving more scope to have Casfans as a proper fan community and hub.

the only thing i cant find is how to get an email notification of new post in a thread im following or contributing to? aprt from that the forum is good. many thanks for your efforts Matt.

Having only just made the switch I'm still adapting to the new format but for a confirmed technophobe it's been relatively easy,less glitches and no annoying pop ups is a huge plus and generally speaking the posts seem less petty and combatative and more constructive.

Within the settings you're able to set the notifications and how they should be delivered, either by web / the bell icon or by email.

for some reason it wont let me put a tick in the "Someone reacts to one of my posts" box for email notification?

Hiya! Just click the button at the top right of the screen. You then click in the ‘tag’ box and choose a relevant tag. Then write a subject title and then write in the big box as normal. Click the top right arrow to submit your post. Hope that helps 🐯😊
