Its down again, the constant ads n pop ups make it almost impossible to get around. No response from who ever has taken over it.

🙄 Not sure what's happening. I had it running on stable hardware and it pretty much had no downtime in the last 3-4 years. Appears they've moved hosting companies too as the site is now being served from the Czech Republic.

You would have thought whoever is running it now would have put up apologies and let people know what's occurring during the time it has been working

Czech Republic. Do they even know or care who Castleford tigers are. Can only see it being deleted eventually in time.

In terms of the site I can only apologise. I thought it was going to be in good hands however hopefully this one will take off properly, from a technical side of things it’s certainly easier to manage and less work overall. If you want to spread the word to get it out to other people please do - we’ll try to keep some people away though 😂

SuffolkTiger As I no longer control the other site I'm not sure what will happen. It's up and down so much I don't know what's going on. I set this one up as a few people had asked if I was willing to create a new site due to the on going issues, I will continue to maintain and run this one going forward though as it's certainly easier to keep running.

I put a message on Casforum telling people about this place and the message was taken down ha ha fair enough Can I ask Matt is this place free to use before my messages were taken down someone had put it was 39.99 a year to be on here

Feel free to drum up some more support, could always do with the help 😀 I've started to run a few adverts on Google targetting certain keywords in the hope it brings more traffic through. Also getting a few things in place ready for the upcoming season.

With both of those things in place it should become more prominent and active.

Maturecasfan In spite of numerous attempts to email the admin I'm still locked out of the olddie but try to have a read up every day.

We all know it had some right so and so's, but it is still more active than this forum, so I hope Matt's attempts to raise its profile brings some success.

I guess it's catch 22 though, more subscribers bring's a greater chance of attracting the less desirable.

Quick one though. When I click the link in a received email from a subscription, the resulting page is malformed/broken. Both on iOS and a Mac - safari on both occasions.

I’m done with it now, Cas Fans all the way for me. Sometimes it logs me in then won’t let me post and try’s to get me to log in again. Problem is when you log in again you lose what you were going to post. Quite frankly it’s rubbish. Definitely team Matt for me going forward.😀 Just need a few more to get involved.
